JD Group GmbH and its shareholder Jürgen Danulat have completed the sale of optek-Danulat GmbH (“optek-Danulat”) to Crane Co. (“Crane”). The transaction closed on January 1, 2026.

The acquisition will bring optek-Danulat’s advanced optical measurement technologies to Crane’s Process Flow Technologies segment, strengthening Crane’s instrumentation offering and expanding its capabilities in high-value, performance-critical process control applications, including regulated biopharma and pharmaceutical environments.
