    The sun was shining on the team from CODEL International Ltd one Friday in August with the beautiful views of Monsal Head in the back ground. The team from this Bakewell based engineering & manufacturing company were celebrating a record breaking first quarter of the financial year for orders taken and wanted to celebrate this achievement with staff. Karen Grace, HR Manager said “It was great to be able to treat our staff to refreshments and sandwiches in this beautiful local setting as a way of saying thanks for a job well done. At CODEL we are committed to doing a great job for our customers and every single member of our dedicated team plays a part in our achievements.”
