   The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Advanced Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) refers to its announcements dated 14 October 2022, 31 October 2022, 30 November 2022 and 1 December 2022 and the circular dated 15 November 2022 (the “Circular”) in relation to the proposed disposal of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Advanced CAE Pte. Ltd. (“CAE SG”) and Advanced CAE Ltd. (“CAE CN”). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announ cement shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Circular. The Board wishes to announce that the proposed disposal of CAE CN was completed today, 9 January 2023, following which CAE CN ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.           爱文思控股有限公司（「本公司」，连同其附属公司统称「本集团」）董事会（「董事会」）提及其日期为2022年10月14日、2022年10月31日、2022年11月30日及2022年12月1日的公告及2022年11月15日有关拟出售爱文思CAE Pte全部已发行及缴足股本的通函（「通函」）。Ltd.（“CAE SG”）和Advanced CAE Ltd.（“CAE CN”）。除非另有定义，否则本公告中使用的所有大写术语应具有与通函中赋予它们相同的含义。董事会希望宣布，CAE CN（爱文思中国）的拟议出售已于今天（2023年1月9日）完成，此后CAE CN不再是公司的子公司。
