Notice Concerning Change of Representative Director (Change of President)

关于代表董事变更（社长变更）的通知

      RIKEN KEIKI Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby announces that, at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors resolved on the change of Representative Director (change of President) as follows, effective April 1, 2023.

      理研计器株式会社（以下简称“公司”）特此宣布，在今天举行的董事会会议上，董事会就代表董事的变更（社长变更）作出如下决议，自 2023 年 4 月 1 日起生效。

    Junichi Koyano, President of the Company, expressed his desire to resign as President as of March 31, 2023 due to personal reasons, and his resignation has been accepted.

    本公司社长小谷野純一因个人原因，于2023年3月31日提出辞去社长职务的意愿，其辞呈已获受理。

    Accordingly, at the Board of Directors meeting held today, it was resolved that Tetsuya Matsumoto, currently Executive Managing Director, would assume the post of President as of April 1, 2023.

     因此，在今天召开的董事会会议上，决定由现任常务董事松本哲哉从 2023 年 4 月 1 日起担任社长一职。

     President Junichi Koyano is scheduled to step down as Director upon the expiration of his term of office at the conclusion of the 117th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held at the end of June this year.

    小谷野純一社长将于今年 6 月底举行的第 117 届年度股东大会结束时任期届满，届时将辞去董事职务。
