本帖最后由 red 于 2016-11-24 17:40 编辑基于制药用水的使用途径和潜在危害，药典和GMP（药品生产质量管理规范）规定注射水和纯化水必须检测微生物及微生物限度标准。其中，注射水和纯化水的微生物限度分别是10 cfu/100 mL和100 cfu/mL。
目前，制药用水的微生物含量检测一直使用具有可追溯性且用时很长的“薄膜过滤琼脂平板培养计数”法。这种方法受培养环境、培养基成份、试剂和时间等因素的影响，存在培养时间长，易出现假阳性，事故处理成本高等诸多缺点。 根据米氏（Mie）散射原理，采用激光诱导荧光光谱技术并精密计算，监测微生物和惰性粒子的数量和尺寸。7000RMS甚至还可以测量使用“培养法”无法监测到的微生物。
